Works but can be slow sometimes

I've been using this for a few weeks now. It does what it's supposed to do - scrapes Discord data. The interface is pretty straightforward, though it took me a bit to figure out all the options. My main issue is that it can be slow when dealing with large servers, especially when exporting data. Support responded to my question within a day, which was fine. Overall it's decent for the price, but don't expect it to be super fast all the time.
